I make my own sponge cake I added sugar to taste and a squeeze of lemon. I placed it in the a bowl and poured the sponge cake batter on top and baked in the oven at 180 for 25 mins. I did alter the batter recipe to 3 whole eggs I just folded the white and wow a beautiful dessert. This was a couple of times I baking a cake i am glad the result tasted good. was a bit nervous It should be around 25 minutes to bake the thickness of the cake for an 11 inch tin is the same as that of the 8 inch tin because you are adjusting the amount of batter according with different tin sizes. However, the baking time will also depend on your oven heat. Not all ovens bake the same way, so it really should be based on your experience in using your oven. But use the 45 - 50 minutes as a general guide and test your cake with a toothpick to check if it is done. My kid and my friend's kids like my cake every 10 minutes they come back to the kitchen and eat it, lol. they like it. I bake also a chocolate cake which is my favorite cake. Might be, I have to bake again enjoy watching yum,yum.

you know that I love to cook and eat delicious foods. Unfortunately, they’re not all the healthiest choices, so I have decided to make more of an effort to plan healthy, lower-fat, lower starch, higher fiber, more veggie-filled meals. I also made a list of healthful snacks we should try to have on hand.
On the list was
But do you know what? They’re not all healthy! Some of the granola bars you can buy in stores may as well be candy bars, with the amount of sugar and fluff they include in their ingredients. And most of them except Kashi also have high fructose corn syrup as a main ingredient. Disgusting. While I love Kashi granola bars, my kid and I tend to go through a bunch of those, so for us this is good snack.

Kettle Chips are sweet also potato chips, they have different type of flavor and I have to say I am pleased they did. Although an unusual taste, these are actually pretty addictive. The spicy flavour is probably better described as tangy, but is very delicious. They claim it is a blend of cumin, tumeric and coriander, and the combination works well. I hope these chips are here to stay. I love kettle cooked chips. They're just so much crunchier and tastier than the normal ones. Of course, I only really like the really home-made style ones.I don't like a lot of the fake-y kettle chips that are just marginally thicker than normal chips.
