I try to cook the food as much as I can for cooking this kind of dish sometimes called craving Filipino food. This recipe is the most common and simplest to cook. I try to feature other Adobo variations such as the Pork Adobo, Chicken adobo beef adobo. it's our main Filipino dish and the Adobo in our best delicacies in Phil. At the first picture I am cooking a beef steak, salted fry fish with tomatoe as well as I cook also a fry ground pork which is I mix with potatoes, chily, garlic and black paper. I place inside the green pepper which is a good idea to cook once in a while because I don't cook a lot of Filipino dish since I am only the one to eat my son eat Filipino food but he's not ate a lot like just mine. I am glad whenever I craving for food I ask help from my mom goodness it turns good enjoy to eat yummy.
1 lbs Chicken belly
tbsp garlic, minced or crushed
pieces dried bay leaves
tbsp vinegar
cup soy sauce
tbsp whole pepper corn
cup water
salt to taste
- Bring to a boil the first 6 ingredients. Simmer for about 50 minutes until the chicken is tender and sauce is reduced by half. I simmered with the lid on for about 35 minutes and took the lid off the last 15 to let the sauce reduce.
- Add salt to taste. Serve hot with rice. Enjoy your meal that's yummy.

ReplyDeleteyep. try to cook it. mixing with coconut milk which is good but not the whole can just 1 cup only masarap yata.
